48 year old female unhappy with the heavy appearance of her upper eyelids. She felt her lids made her look tired and she wished to appear more youthful and refreshed. She underwent an upper blepharoplasty under local anesthesia only. Her postoperative photos were taken 3 weeks after surgery.
