58 year old male, 5 feet 8 inches, 185 lbs, nonsmoker, who wished to undergo a blepharoplasty as he felt his eyes made him look tired. His brows showed ptosis but the patient was not interested in a browlift. His lower eyelids showed prominent fat protrusions and he had a negative vector midface morphology. His upper and lower blepharoplasty was done under general anesthesia with only a skin flap elevation and fat contouring of both lower eyelids. He had a tarsorrhapy for 1 week after surgery to help counter the negative vector effects. His post operative photos were taken 5 weeks after surgery showing his blepharoplasty has smoothed and improved the contour of his lower lids and rejuvenated his appearance. He is very happy with his blepharoplasty result.
