22 year old female, non-smoker, with prominent ears due to incomplete folding of her anti helix. She wished to have the normal contours of her ear established and decrease the lateral projection of her ears. She underwent an Otoplasty under local anesthesia, with rasping of the front part of the ear cartilage over the anti helix and suture bending of the cartilage on the posterior aspect of her ear. Her post Otoplasty photos show a markedly improved anti helical fold with improved ear contours and less lateral projection of the ears on front and back views. Her photos were taken 6 weeks after her Otoplasty surgery. The patient is very pleased with her new contour.
