39 year old female, 5 feet 8 inches, 145 lbs who had 5 prior births and wished to improve the contour of her trunk and breasts by an abdominoplasty with flank liposuction and breast augmentation also known as a Mommy Makeover. Her abdominoplasty included repair of a wide muscle diastasis/separation to recreate a firm foundation for her abdomen as well as removal of loose skin. Her breast augmentation was with 380 cc smooth, round, silicone gel implants placed below her chest muscle in a Dual Plane 2 placement. The liposuction contoured and tapered her waist to give an athletic, youthful appearance. Her post operative photos were done 4 months after her surgery.
