52 year old female, 5 feet 2 inches, 149 lbs who wished to undergo an abdominoplasty and liposuction of her trunk to improve her trunk contour and proportions. She had undergone a prior abdominoplasty 13 years ago by another physician but had been left with excess skin on each side of her abdomen. She underwent a revision of her abdominoplasty with liposuction of her back, flanks and lateral abdomen to create a more youthful and athletic waistline. Her post operative photos were taken 6 months after the revision of her abdominoplasty and liposuction. Her trunk contour is improved with excellent symmetry, a tapered waist and smooth contours. She is very pleased with her results.
