59 year old female, 5 feet 6 inches, 152lbs, with 2 prior pregnancies who wished to improve her trunk contour. She wished to decrease her abdominal protrusion, tighten and smooth her abdominal skin and thin her waist line. She underwent an abdominoplasty and repair of her diastasis with flank liposuction. Her photos after her abdominoplasty and flank liposuction show an improved and natural appearing abdominal contour. Her waist and flanks are trimmer and give a thinner more athletic appearance. Her weight is down approximately 8 lbs. Her post operative phoos were taken 3 months after her abdominoplasty and liposuction. She is very pleased with her new contour.
