Tummy Tuck Photos - Case #1274

42 year old female, 5 feet 5 inches, 132 lbs, with 4 prior pregnancies and 2 births, who was unhappy with her abdominal contour. She had a wide separation between her abdominal muscles, a small periumbilical hernia and she was unhappy with her waist contour. She wished to undergo a tummy tuck / Mommy Makeover to flatten her abdomen, repair her hernia and reapproximate her separated abdominal muscles as well as have liposuction of her flanks to thin and refine her waist. She underwent an abdominoplasty, with suture repair of her periumbilical hernia and correction of her diastasis. Liposuction of her flanks was done with removal of 400cc of fat from each flank. Her post operative photos were taken 5 months after her surgery showing a markedly improved abdominal and waist contour. Her abdomen is flat and her pants size has dropped 2 sizes. She is very pleased with her new contour.
