43 year old black female, 5 feet 2 inches, 152 lbs, non-smoker, with 3 prior pregnancies, all delivered by c-section. She was unhappy with the looseness of her skin and the bulging of her abdomen and the fullness of her flanks and wished these corrected. She underwent an abdominoplasty, suturing of her separated muscles and flank liposuction. Her post operative photos were taken 6 weeks after her surgery showing a flatter, smoother abdomen with a narrowed waist.
