48 year old female, non – smoker, 5 feet 3 inches 175 lbs with 3 prior pregnancies and a depressed infraumbilical vertical scar from removal of fibroids, who requested rejuvenation of her abdomen. She underwent an abdominoplasty with plication of her rectus fascia and complete removal of her depressed vertical scar. Her postoperative abdominal contour is youthful with a well healed, symmetrical incision line. Post operative photos were taken 2.5 months after surgery.
