Patient with rounded nasal tip and poor tip projection wished to achieve better nasal tip shape and tip projection. This was achieved by suture shaping the nasal tip cartilages and a septal extension graft to increase tip projection. Post operative photos were taken 3 months after surgery and show an excellent refinement of her nasal tip.
