27 year old female unhappy with her prominent ears. She wished the contour of her ears to lie closer to her head. She underwent an otoplasty/ ear pinning under local anesthesia with both rasping of the front part of the ear cartilage and suture fixation of the back part of the cartilage. Her post operative photos were taken 3 weeks after surgery. Her ear contour is improved and she is pleased.
