58 year old male, 6 feet 0 inches, 210 lbs with focal collections of fat of his trunk which were diet and exercise resistant. He underwent tumnescent liposuction with removal of 3625 cc of lipoaspirate from his abdomen, flanks and back. His liposuction decreased his weight 7 lbs and decreased his waist line 3 inches. He is very pleased with the results of his liposuction. Post operative photos were taken 1 month after surgery.
