Eyelid Surgery Photos - Case #3329

55 year old female who felt her eyes looked tired and heavy and wished to refresh the appearance of her eyes by an upper blepharoplasty.  Her blepharoplasty was performed under local anesthesia and was a skin only resection to preserve as much volume in the upper lid as possible for maintaining youthful contour and at the same time eliminate the loose skin and give her eyes a brighter more alert appearance.  A single suture below the skin was used to close each eyelid after her blepharoplasty.  Her post blepharoplasty photos were taken 4 weeks after her surgery.
