25 years after her breast augmentation by another surgeon and she has developed Grade 4 capsular contracture and Grade 3 ptosis of her breasts. Bilateral capsulectomies with removal of 560 cc implants and breast lifts has resulted in smaller breasts, in a more youthful position.
