40 year old with grade 2 Ptosis who wished a breast lift to improvement the shape and contour of her breasts and to elevate her nipple/areolar to a youthful position. Her breast left was done with a Wise pattern allowing sufficient skin removal and maximal shaping. Post operative photos were taken 3 months after her breast lift.
