29 year old female, 5 feet 3 inches, 130 lbs, with no prior pregnancies who wished to undergo a breast lift/mastopexy to correct her grade 2 ptosis and improve the symmetry of her breasts.
She had had asymmetry of her breasts and ptosis since breast development. She underwent a breast lift/mastopexy with trimming of the right breast tissue to create a better symmetry. The breast lift/mastopexy was done through a Wise pattern with no drains and all sutures were placed below the skin surface and dissolved on their own over 4 weeks. Her post operative photos were taken 2 months after her breast lift/mastopexy and show an improved symmetry of the breast volume. The nipple/areolar complex is now in the correct position, well above the inframammary fold and the breasts have a youthful appearance. She is very pleased with her breast lift/mastopexy results.
