Breast Lift Photos - Case #3499

41 year old nonsmoking female, with 4 prior pregnancies and 4 births, who wished to undergo a Mastopexy/breast lift to rejuvenate the appearance of her breasts after she was done having children. The mastopexy/breast lift occurred with other procedures as part of a mommy makeover. Her breasts showed a Grade 2 ptosis with enlarged, stretched and asymmetric areolea. There were some stria on the skin. She wished her Mastopexy/breast lift to maintain as much volume as possible. Her Mastopexy/breast lift was completed using a Wise pattern, using all buried, self dissolving sutures and skin glue for incision closure. The areolea were reduced to a symmetric 42mm size. Her photos, taken 6 weeks after her Mastopexy/breast lift show a symmetric, balanced result. The patient is very pleased with her result.
