35 year old wished a breast augmentation for breast deflation and asymmetry after 3 pregnancies. An asymmetric breast augmentation with silicone gel, moderate profile implants, 350 cc on the right and 320 cc on the left, was performed as a Dual Plane 2 pocket utilizing an inframammary incision and a Keller funnel. Her excellent result is shown 6 months after her breast augmentation.
