45 Year old female, 5 feet 5 inches, 130 lbs, with 2 prior pregnancies who wished a breast augmentation to increase her cup size to a full B from her current A cup. A 255 cc smooth, round moderate profile plus was placed in a Dual Plane 2 pocket, through an inframammary incision using a Keller Funnel. Her enhanced size is coupled with improved superior pole fullness and cleavage. My patient is extremely happy with her new shape and contour 2 months after her surgery.
