28 year old female, 5 feet 7 inches, 145 lbs, no prior pregnancies who wished to undergo a breast augmentation to enhance her breast shape and size. Her breast augmentation was done in a subpectoral position, with a Dual Plane 2 approach, through an incision in the fold under her breast, with 385 cc smooth, round, moderate plus profile silicone gel implants, with a Keller Funnel used for insertion. Her post operative photos were taken 2 weeks after her breast augmentation.
