Breast Augmentation Photos - Case #1792

45 year old female, 5 ft 5 in, 118 lbs, nonsmoker whose past history includes a breast augmentation followed several years later by a breast implant exchange for slightly larger implants, who presented with a left sided breast implant deflation and lateral displacement of her breast implant pockets. She underwent removal of her present implants, release of the medial aspect of the scar capsule and lateral plication/closure of the lateral capsules to improve the medial position of the implants. The replacement implants were the same size as her prior implants, filled to their maximal volume, 370cc. Her post breast augmentation photos show an improved lateral breast line and definition, improved breast projection and overall improved shape and contour of the breasts.
