Breast Augmentation Photos - Case #1578

43 year old female, 5 feet 3 inches, 124 lbs with no prior pregnancies. She regularly worked out to maintain top fitness levels. She wanted to gain additional fill for her breasts, lost due to her fit lifestyle. Current cup size was a small C and she wished to have a full C to small D. Her examination showed her left breast was slightly larger than her right breast with the remainder of the exam showing closed symmetry. Different sized implants were chosen to create better symmetry. A 320 cc implant was used on the right and a 300 cc implant was used on the left. She underwent a breast augmentation using smooth round silicone gel implants placed below the muscle through an incision in the fold below her breasts. Her recovery was uncomplicated. Post operative photos were taken 5 weeks after surgery.
