47 year old female, 5 feet 6 inches, 108 lbs, with 1 prior pregnancy with a 32A cup. She wished a proportional increase in her breast size by a breast augmentation. Her right inframammary fold was .5cm lower than her left fold. She underwent a breast augmentation with 300cc smooth round silicone gel implants, placed below the muscle by an incision in the fold below the breast. Post breast augmentation photos were taken 3.5 months after surgery. She has achieved her desired increased cup size with a proportional appearance.
