20 year old female 5 feet 5 inches, preoperative wt 183 lbs with 2 prior pregnancies underwent an extended abdominoplasty with fascial plication above and below the umbilicus and flank liposuction of 1,400cc per side. Post operative weight 175 lbs. Post operative photos were taken 3 months after surgery.
