Rhinoplasty - Nasal Reshaping Photos - Case #5177

33 year old female who had a prior rhinoplasty by another surgeon 10 years previously. She had been left with an inverted V deformity, an open roof deformity, tip asymmetry, a collapsed midvault, a large dorsal hump and poor tip definition. Her corrective rhinoplasty included reducing her nasal hump, placing spreader grafts to create a better dorsum and a columellar strut to improve tip definition. The grafts were created from cartilage from her septum and non destructive suturing techniques were used to reshape her nasal tip cartilage to refine it’s shape. Her post operative photos were taken 6 months after her rhinoplasty and show excellent dorsal aesthetic lines, a refined, balanced tip, elimination of her nasal hump and excellent nasal proportions. She is very pleased with the result of her surgery.
