21 year old female who wished to undergo a rhinoplasty to achieve a slightly smaller more refined nasal profile. She wanted her nasal bump reduced, her tip narrowed and her tip rotated slightly upward. Her rhinoplasty reduced her nasal bump, used hidden sutures to reshape the cartilage of her nasal tip to narrow and refine it and also to elevate the nasal tip.
Her rhinoplasty was done “open” for maximal control. Her post rhinoplasty photos were taken 6 weeks after her nasal surgery. She is very pleased with her new nasal profile.
