23 year old female requesting rhinoplasty to reduce her nasal bump and refine her nasal tip. Her rhinoplasty included lowering the bone and cartilage of her nasal bump, with trimming and suture reshaping of her nasal tip cartilages. Post operative photos were taken 3 months after her rhinoplasty showing a slight nasal dorsal concavity, a delicate supratip break, smooth dorsal aesthetic lines and a refined nasal tip shape.
