46 year old female, 5 feet 8 inches, 135 lbs, nonsmoker, who wished to rejuvenate the appearance of her breasts and increase her breast size. Her nipple to inframammary fold distance was 13 cm so a staged breast lift and breast augmentation was done. Her breast lift was done through a Wise pattern setting the areolar to inframammary fold length at 10 cm. Only skin was removed during her breast lift. Her post operative photos were done 6 weeks after her breast lift showing an improved breast shape and dimensions. Her breast augmentation will occur in 2 months.
