51 year old female, 5 feet 112 lbs, 4 prior births who wished to undergo a breast lift/mastopexy to lift her breasts, improve the shape of her breasts and reduce the size of her areolas. She underwent a mommy makeover which combined her breast lift/mastopexy with an abdominoplasty. Her breast lift/mastopexy was done with a Wise pattern and closed with all self dissolving sutures under her skin. Her photos, taken 2 months after her breast lift/mastopexy, show a reduced areola size, and elevated, improved shape to the breast and correct nipple position. Her incision lines are well masked by correct placement. She is very pleased with the result of her breast lift/mastopexy.
