Breast Augmentation Photos - Case #3981

30 year old female, 5 feet 2 inches, 109 lbs, with 3 prior pregnancies and 3 births who wished to have a breast augmentation to fill out her breasts which had deflated after her children. Prior to any pregnancies she felt she had been a 34 B and the largest she became with pregnancy was a 34 C. At consultation she was a 34 A and she wished to become a 34 Full C, small D. The choice of implants for her breast augmentation was based upon the base width of her breast so the margins of the breast wouldn’t be exceeded. Her breast augmentation was done through and incision in the fold under her breasts, with placement of the implants in a pocket below her chest muscle as a Dual Plane 2 dissection. Her implants choice was 350cc smooth, round, moderate plus projection, silicone gel implants which were placed using a Keller funnel for ease of insertion and to prevent any implant contact with the patients skin. Her post op photos were taken 1.5 months after her breast augmentation and show a balanced, proportional augmentation with excellent symmetry. The patient is very pleased with the results of her breast augmentation.
