Body Contouring After Major Weight Loss Photos - Case #522

52 year old male, 5 feet 9 inches, nonsmoker, 225 lbs who had lost 130 lbs after gastric by-pass surgery and wished to undergo body contouring surgery. He was unhappy with the excess breast tissue and the tissue which extended around to his back as well as excess skin of his abdomen, flanks and back. He underwent a breast reduction with lateral extensions followed 9 months later by a lower body lift. His post body contouring photos were taken 3 months after completion of his surgery showing a markedly improved chest and trunk contour. His weight after his surgeries is 195 lbs, showing an additional weight reduction of 30 lbs from his pre surgery weight. His body contouring has boosted his desire to exercise which has help with further weight reduction. The patient is very pleased with his new body contour.
