79 year old female 5 feet 5 inches, 130 lbs with longstanding marked excess skin of posterior upper arms and also loose skin along forearms. She underwent extended brachioplasties, with removal of excess fat and skin from both upper and lower arms. No drains were used. Her postoperative contour is markedly improved and she happily wears short sleeve or sleeveless shirts, which she hadn’t done for years. Her postoperative photos were taken 1 ½ months after her surgery.
