45 year old female, 5 feet 3 inches, 170 lbs, after a 156 lb weight loss achieved after gastric by pass surgery. Her weight was stable and she had an excellent diet and exercise regiment. She was unhappy with the excess skin of her abdomen, flanks and back/buttock area. She underwent a Belt Lipectomy, also known as a Lower Body Lift, with removal of the loose skin from her abdomen, flanks and buttocks resulting in an improved trunk contour and buttock lift and improved shaping. Her post operative photos were taken 1 year 3 months after her surgery.
