45 year old female, 5 feet 6 inches, with 3 prior births and with a prior 50 lb weight loss who wish to undergo a mastopexy/Breast lift to correct a Grade 3 ptosis of her breasts and improve her breasts contour and shape. Her mastopexy/Breast Lift was done using a Wise pattern. Her mastopexy/Breast Lift retained as much volume as possible, and elevated her nipple/areolar complex to its correct position above the inframammary fold. No implant was used during this Mastopexy/Breast Lift. Her post operative photos were taken 3 months after her Mastopexy/Breast Lift. She is very pleased with her new breast contour.
