45 year old female, 5 feet 6 inches, 111 lbs, no prior pregnancies with a current cup size of 32 B who wished a breast augmentation to increase her breast cup size to a 32 C. Her breast augmentation was done through an incision in the fold beneath the breast and in a pocket location behind the chest muscle. Her implant choice for her breast augmentation was a smooth, round, silicone gel, moderate profile, 250cc volume. Her post operative photos were taken 3 weeks after her breast augmentation.
