Breast Augmentation Photos - Case #5189

34 year old female, 5 feet 3 inches, 103 lbs, with 2 prior births, who wished to undergo a breast augmentation to regain breast volume lost after her pregnancies. Her pre-op cup size was a 32 small B and she wished to increase to a 32 Small C. Her breast augmentation was done with 250 smooth, round, silicone gel implants, placed through an incision in the fold under her breasts with placement of the implant below the chest muscle, as a Dual Plane 2, using a Keller funnel for insertion. Her post operative photos were taken 2 months after her breast augmentation and show a balanced, proportional breast size. The patient has achieved her desired cup size and is very happy with her result.
