Breast Augmentation Photos - Case #1542

34 year old female, 5 feet 4 inches, 120 lbs, with no prior pregnancies, with a 32 A cup who wished to increase to a 32 C cup. Her exam showed a slightly constricted skin envelope around her areolar and tight skin below the areolar. She underwent a breast augmentation with 304 cc smooth round silicone implants placed under the muscle via an incision in the fold under the breast. She achieved her 32 C cup size with excellent symmetry. Her post operative photos were taken 3.5 months after surgery.
