64 year old female, 5 feet 7 inches, 130 lbs, nonsmoker, whose weight had been stable. She wished to improve the contour of her upper arms which she felt had loose hanging skin. She underwent a brachioplasty/arm lift with liposuction to reduce the tissue volume of the inner and posterior arm. Her photos after her brachioplasty/arm lift were taken 2 months after her surgery and show an improved arm contour. She is very pleased with her result.
